Hand Picked Hotels is seeking a Night Receptionist for Fermain Valley Hotel in Guernsey, a luxury four- or five-star property. The role covers night-time front desk duties, administration, bar service, conference room setup and room-service orders to ensure a memorable stay.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hotel environments preferred.
• Night shift experience is advantageous.
• Strong guest-service mindset with high emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience during the night shift.
• Handle required administration, bar duties, cleaning and room-service orders.
• Maintain safety, health and security protocols throughout the shift.
• Foster clear communications and teamwork across night and day teams.
