Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily restaurant operations in a luxury hospitality setting. You will lead service teams, ensure high standards, and deliver a premier guest experience.

The role requires experience in upscale dining, strong leadership, and excellent English communication. You will collaborate across departments to maintain service excellence and manage high-volume shifts, with opportunities for growth within a renowned brand.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, or in a similar role.
• Experience in luxury hospitality, resorts, or high-end restaurants.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong focus on service and guest experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage high-volume operations.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

• Support the supervision of the restaurant’s daily operations.
• Coordinate and support the service team during each shift.
• Follow up on service, presentation, hygiene, and safety standards.

About the location:

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Dominican Republic at Tropicalia will feature 95 keys and 25 branded residential homes, 8 distinct F&B outlets, all thoughtfully designed to reflect a contemporary interpretation of the Dominican Republic’s natural beauty.
