Responsabilités

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor during check-in/check-out.
• Process arrivals/departures, assign rooms, handle payments and issuing keys.
• Balance and reconcile daily transactions; perform end-of-day audit tasks.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security and F&B for seamless operations.
