AmeriCraft Homes is launching a new Homebuilding operation and seeking a New Home Sales Counselor to guide buyers from inquiry to closing. You will present floor plans, options, and financing, while maintaining strong relationships with prospects and team members.

The role requires travel between Charlotte, NC and Myrtle Beach, SC, with a schedule that includes weekend shifts and the ability to work at model homes, sales offices, and events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Active real estate license or eligibility (state regulations vary).
• 2+ years in new home sales, real estate, or related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work weekends when home shopping activity peaks.

Responsabilités

• Greet and engage prospective buyers at model homes, sales offices, or events.
• Present floor plans, community amenities, available lots, and pricing options.
• Guide customers through contract writing, options/upgrades selection, and financing referrals.
• Follow up with leads from walk-ins, online inquiries, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain CRM records of prospects and sales activity.
• Coordinate with mortgage, title, and construction teams to ensure smooth transaction from contract to closing.
• Conduct market research on competitor pricing, incentives, and offerings.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.
• Attend and represent the builder at community events, model homes, open houses, and industry functions.
• Ensure model homes and sales offices are well-stocked with marketing materials.
