Job summary

AmeriCraft Homes is launching a new Homebuilding operation and invites personable professionals to join as New Home Sales Counselors. You will greet buyers, explain floor plans, amenities, lots, and pricing, guiding them from inquiry to closing.

Youll coordinate with mortgage, title, and construction teams, maintain CRM records, follow up on leads, and strive to meet monthly and annual sales quotas while representing the builder at events.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction processes, floor plans, and building materials.
• Experience with mortgage and financing processes.
• Strong closing skills and a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective buyers at model homes, sales offices, or community events.
• Present and explain floor plans, community amenities, available lots, and pricing options.
• Guide customers through the sales process, including contract writing, options and upgrades selection, and financing referrals.
• Follow up with leads generated through walk-ins, online inquiries, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects and sales activity in a CRM system.
• Coordinate with mortgage, title, and construction teams to ensure a smooth transaction from contract to closing.
• Conduct market research to stay informed on competitor pricing, incentives, and community offerings.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.
• Attend and represent the builder at community events, model home events, open houses, and industry functions.
• Ensure model homes and sales offices are presentable and well-stocked with marketing materials.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available inventory, pricing, and construction timelines.
