Job summary

Mark-Taylor, a premier apartment owner and manager in Arizona, seeks a Manager of Facilities and Service (Maintenance Supervisor) for Inspire Sonoran Row in Phoenix. Lead Service Technicians and Facilities staff, oversee hands-on trades, and ensure safe, high-quality maintenance across the community.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as Maintenance Manager, Supervisor, or similar in luxury multi-family.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the leader for the team of Service Technicians, Facilities Technicians, and Housekeepers.
• Oversee and execute hands-on maintenance to maintain and enhance community value.
• Perform inspections, diagnose problems, and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, appliances, and exteriors.
• Manage daily inventory to support leasing, including Make-Ready and Turn Board.
• Schedule contractors and vendors as needed.
• Inspect property for safety hazards and correct them.
• Share rotating on-call duty and respond after hours in uniform.
• Complete Weekly Service Report promptly.
• Follow safety protocols and participate in training.
• Train and mentor technicians.
• Keep records on maintenance, inspections, inventories, logs, and turnover.
• Maintain positive resident and team rapport.
• Oversee capital projects, bidding, and execution.
