Job summary

Mark-Taylor, Inc. is hiring a General Manager Facilities & Service (Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor) to oversee daily maintenance across Chandler & Mesa communities.

Lead a service team, manage turns, and ensure safety, quality, and resident satisfaction, with budget oversight and vendor coordination. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in multifamily maintenance management, EPA/CPO/OSHA certifications, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a maintenance manager in multifamily is required.
• EPA, CPO & OSHA 30 Certification is preferred.
• Lead and develop the Service team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and high performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations across multiple multifamily communities to ensure properties are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and grounds staff, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
• Ensure completion of preventative maintenance programs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pool, appliance, and building systems.
• Conduct routine property inspections and identify maintenance, safety, or curb appeal concerns requiring attention.
• Coordinate and manage apartment turns to ensure units are market-ready within established timelines.
• Prioritize and monitor service requests and work orders to ensure timely, high-quality completion and resident satisfaction.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships, including scheduling, oversight, and quality control of repairs and capital projects.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, company policies, and all applicable health and safety regulations.
