Qualifications

• 3+ years of people management experience.
• 3+ years operational and leadership experience in luxury multifamily setting.
• Demonstrated coaching and development ability.
• BA degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Financial acumen with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed targeted revenue expectations by setting rent rates, managing operating expenses, and monitoring aged delinquency; prepare and review monthly financial reports.
• Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of administrative and service personnel.
• Oversee the hiring process and ongoing employee performance management.
• Conduct regular property inspections and own the resolution plan and execution of property enhancements.
