Job summary

Mark-Taylor is seeking a Manager of Community Operations (Community Manager) in Glendale, AZ to keep our luxury apartment communities running smoothly and deliver five-star service. You will lead a team, manage maintenance, and contribute to the upkeep of the property.

The role requires 3+ years of people management and operations in luxury multifamily, bonus potential based on performance, and bilingual English/Spanish preferred. We offer benefits, 401(k), PTO, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years people management experience.
• 3+ years operational experience in luxury multifamily.
• Third-party management experience is required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred.
• Demonstrated coaching and development ability.
• BA degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Financial acumen with high proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills and professional presence.
• Experience using Resman or Yardi is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed targeted revenue expectations by setting rent rates, managing operating expenses, and diligently monitoring aged delinquency.
• Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of administrative and service personnel.
• Oversee the hiring process and ongoing employee performance management.
• Conduct regular property inspections and plan property enhancements.
