Job summary

Mark-Taylor seeks a Manager of Community Operations (Community Manager) for its Bellagio community in Scottsdale, AZ. You will lead a team to run the property smoothly by overseeing maintenance, driving five-star service, and upholding luxury standards.

With 3+ years in people management and luxury multifamily operations, you will manage rent strategies, budgets, and staff performance while maintaining an exceptional resident experience. Join a company known for growth and great benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years people management experience.
• 3+ years operational and leadership experience in luxury multifamily setting.
• Demonstrated coaching and development ability.
• BA degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Financial acumen with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills and professional presence.
• Experience using Resman, Yardi, or similar platforms is especially desirable.
• A basic understanding of written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed targeted revenue expectations by setting rent rates, managing operating expenses, and diligently monitoring aged delinquency. Prepare and review monthly financial reports with intuitive forecasting and a proactive plan for the financial performance of the asset
• Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of administrative and service personnel, coordinating their activities and individual goals through tactical planning
• Oversee the hiring process and ongoing employee performance management through courageous conversations and applicable HR processes.
• Conduct regular property inspections, propose, and own the resolution plan and execution of property enhancements.

Compensation

• The anticipated base pay range for this position is $65,000/year.
• In addition to your base pay, you will be eligible to receive bonuses based on achievement of operational metrics.
