Job summary

Mark-Taylor is hiring a Manager of Community Operations (Community Manager) for the Bellagio in Scottsdale, AZ. You will drive revenue by setting rents, monitoring operating costs, and overseeing financial reporting to forecast performance.

You will lead administrative and service teams, aligning goals and coaching growth. The role requires 3+ years of people leadership in luxury multifamily, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office; experience with Resman or Yardi is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years people management experience
• 3+ years operational and leadership experience in luxury multifamily setting required
• Demonstrated coaching and development ability
• BA degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
• Financial acumen with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills and professional presence
• Experience using Resman, Yardi, or similar platforms is especially desirable
• A basic understanding of written and verbal English

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed targeted revenue expectations by setting rent rates, managing operating expenses, and diligently monitoring aged delinquency. Prepare and review monthly financial reports with intuitive forecasting and a proactive plan for the financial performance of the asset
• Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of administrative and service personnel, coordinating their activities and individual goals through tactical planning
• Oversee the hiring process and ongoing employee performance management through courageous conversations and applicable HR processes.
• Conduct regular property inspections, propose, and own the resolution plan and execution of property enhancements.

Compensation

• The anticipated base pay range for this position is $65,000/year.
• In addition to your base pay, you will be eligible to receive bonuses based on achievement of operational metrics.
