Job summary

Simpson Housing seeks a strong property operations leader to oversee daily operations, drive financial performance, and manage a team at a luxury multifamily community in McKinney, TX. The role emphasizes budgeting, leasing, and delivering a superior resident experience.

You will work closely with a Regional Property Manager to refine budgets, marketing plans, and tenant services while building a collaborative, high-performing team committed to service excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related multifamily property management experience.
• Experience managing Class A luxury communities preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.
• Experience with property management software (preferably Yardi).
• Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all property operations and meet financial objectives.
• Hire, manage, coach and develop the property operations team.
• Develop and administer annual property budget with Regional PM.
• Monitor local market trends and implement monthly marketing plan.
• Ensure vacant units are leased promptly and maintenance requests are timely.
• Build rapport with residents to ensure quality living experience.
