Qualifications

• 3+ years as Community Manager or Assistant at Class A luxury property.
• Proven record in operations, finances, and customer service.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Yardi and RealPage or similar PM software.
• Professional, accountable, detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, resident relations, maintenance, and financial performance.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate on-site team members to achieve occupancy and retention goals.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing and resident engagement initiatives.
• Prepare and manage operating budgets, control expenses, and drive NOI performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing laws, and safety standards.
• Maintain the highest standards of property appearance and resident satisfaction.
