Qualifications

• High emotional intelligence, warmth, and discretion.
• Strong organizational skills for managing a multi-person relationship portfolio over long time horizons.
• Genuine curiosity about people; relationship-oriented rather than transaction-oriented.
• Comfortable with long relationship cycles rather than short sales cycles.
• Blo6 with structured sales and negotiation conversations for corporate accounts, in addition to relationship-based Membership work.

Responsibilities

• Owns the personal relationship with an assigned portfolio of applicants and Members, from lead assignment through active membership, serving as their consistent point of contact throughout.
• Develops a genuine understanding of each Member's interests and goals, and makes relevant introductions and recommendations within the Club.
• Leads prospecting and outreach for new House Account opportunities, including preparing research and briefing materials ahead of prospect meetings.
• Manages the sales and negotiation process for new House Accounts, including tier selection, partnership fee terms, and contract execution.
• Gathers Member feedback and routes it to the accountable department owner, following up once it has been addressed.
• Maintains accurate relationship and portfolio records in Sonato/CRM systems.
• Goes beyond mere admissions decisions; supports renewal by addressing remediable concerns early.
