Job summary

Greenwich Medical Spa (GMS) in New York is seeking a MedSpa Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring policies and service standards are met with a focus on a high-end client experience.

The role requires leadership in staff scheduling, training, compliance with licensures, HIPAA, and performance reviews, alongside managing inventory and banking reconciliations in a luxury spa setting.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent with sales/marketing emphasis preferred.
• Dermatologic/aesthetics experience for 1–2 years.
• Management experience for 1–2 years in a similar setting.
• Experience in Luxury Hospitality or related industry is a plus.
• Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the medspa daily.
• Maintain reception, counter and retail displays.
• Partner with Human Resources on employee lifecycle matters.
• Coach, mentor and train staff as needed.
• Schedule staff and ensure licensures/training compliance.
• Complete performance reviews (quarterly/annual).
• Maintain inventory of medical, spa and office supplies.
• Reconcile daily sales with bank statements.
• Coordinate contracted services (housekeeping, linens, etc.).
• Ensure clinicians sign HIPAA consents and charts.
• Act as medspa marketing representative in the community.
