Job summary

Renew Beauty MedSpa in Dallas/Frisco is seeking a Medical Spa Consultant to guide clients through aesthetic journeys, build relationships, and drive revenue with personalized treatment plans and memberships.

The role requires clinical knowledge and luxury customer service, with a focus on consultations and selling high-end skincare and treatments. Weekend/evening availability is expected in a fast-growing market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of proven sales success in a med spa, cosmetic dermatology, or luxury retail setting.
• Deep knowledge of medical aesthetic treatments including lasers and injectables.
• Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed sales goals and upsell targets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person and virtual consultations to assess client needs and educate on treatments.
• Drive revenue through injectables, lasers, body contouring, memberships and skincare products.
• Build trust and manage the client journey from inquiry to post-treatment follow-up.
