The Luxury Marketing Specialist (LMS) role will support initiatives set by Directors, Luxury Marketing Managers, and Coldwell Banker Global Luxury senior leadership.

The LMS will handle the assembly, project management, and production of program and agent assets to promote growth. Responsibilities include creating communication assets, presentations, marketing plans, and other program components.

The role ensures the company's and agents' brand images align with the brand, brokerage, Coldwell Banker Global Luxury program, and Core 4. It may support multiple offices with a focus on program engagement.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Market Location: AZ, UT, CO
• Drive Program Engagement and Awareness: Communicate marketing offerings, promote luxury certification benefits, and share success stories.
• Support to Independent Sales Associates: Work with top agents to support marketing needs, analyze campaigns, and track activities. Provide reports bi-weekly.
• Support to Local Operations & Leadership: Liaise with management, assist in VIP recruiting, business development, and retention efforts.
• Leverage National Marketing Studio & Design Services: Collaborate on creative projects, manage campaigns, and coordinate with regional LMSs for cohesion.
• Awareness, Communications & Events: Promote program through events, communications, PR, and awards. Stay informed on company tools and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
• Ability to work from home in a suitable environment
• Strong presentation, writing, and public-speaking skills
• Excellent project management and prioritization skills
• Effective communication with employees and agents
• Understanding of basic design principles
• 2+ years in marketing, creative agency, or communications (field marketing preferred)
• Real estate industry experience is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic graphic design software (InDesign, Adobe CC)
• Basic knowledge of paid social media campaigns
