The Luxury Marketing Specialist (LMS) will support initiatives led by Directors, Luxury Marketing Managers, and Coldwell Banker Global Luxury senior leadership.

The LMS will handle the assembly, project management, and production of various marketing assets to promote program growth. Responsibilities include executing communication assets, presentations, marketing plans, and other program components.

This role ensures the company's and agents’ brand images align with brand standards, supporting multiple offices with a focus on program engagement.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Market Location: AZ, UT, CO
• Drive Program Engagement and Awareness: Communicate the benefits of the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury program, promote luxury certification, and share success stories.
• Support to Independent Sales Associates: Collaborate with top agents and teams to support marketing needs, analyze campaigns, and document interactions. Provide reporting and issue resolution.
• Support to Local Operations & Leadership: Liaise with local management to provide marketing resources and support recruitment, business development, and retention efforts.
• Leverage National Resources: Work with the National Marketing Studio and Design Concierge to produce creative materials and campaigns, ensuring cohesion across regions.
• Awareness, Communications, and Events: Coordinate promotional assets, participate in product launches, and support company initiatives in the luxury sector.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
• Ability to work effectively from home
• Strong presentation, writing, and public-speaking skills
• Excellent project management skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication with employees and agents
• Understanding of basic design principles
• At least 2 years’ experience in marketing, creative agency, or communications; real estate experience is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with graphic design software like InDesign and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Basic knowledge of paid social media campaigns
