Luxury Marketing Specialist - Remote- AZ, UT, CO

The Luxury Marketing Specialist (LMS) role supports initiatives set by Directors, Luxury Marketing Managers, and Coldwell Banker Global Luxury leadership. Responsibilities include managing production of marketing assets, supporting brand image, and enhancing program engagement across multiple offices in AZ, UT, and CO.

Key duties include:

1. Driving Program Engagement: Promote the luxury marketing program, communicate its benefits, and share success stories to strengthen its perception and adoption.
2. Supporting Independent Agents: Collaborate with top agents to meet their marketing needs, analyze campaigns, and support recruitment and retention efforts. Document communications and report activities bi-weekly.
3. Supporting Leadership: Liaise with local management and provide marketing resources for VIP and business development opportunities.
4. Leveraging Creative Services: Work with national studios and design teams to produce marketing materials, campaigns, and creative assets, ensuring cohesion across regions.
5. Awareness and Events: Coordinate promotional activities, manage communications, and participate in company initiatives to promote the luxury sector.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Ability to work from home in a conducive environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in marketing, communications, or related fields; real estate experience is a plus.
