The Luxury Marketing Specialist (LMS) will support initiatives led by Directors, Luxury Marketing Managers, and Coldwell Banker Global Luxury senior leadership. Responsibilities include project management and production of marketing assets to promote program growth, including communication materials, presentations, and marketing plans.

The role ensures the company's brand image aligns with the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury program and supports multiple offices with an emphasis on engagement. Essential duties include:

1. Market Location: AZ, UT, and CO
2. Drive Program Engagement: Promote the luxury program, communicate its benefits, and support agent certification adoption.
3. Support for Agents: Collaborate with top agents and their teams to meet marketing needs, analyze campaigns, and track activities. Maintain documentation and report regularly.
4. Leadership Support: Liaise with local management, participate in recruitment and retention activities, and support VIP and business development efforts.
5. Creative Support: Coordinate with the National Marketing Studio and Design teams for creative projects, ensuring cohesion across regions.
6. Awareness & Events: Promote program awareness through events, communications, and PR, staying informed on company tools and updates.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, strong communication and project management skills, 2+ years in marketing or related experience, familiarity with design principles, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic graphic design software.
