Lensa is the leading career site for job seekers at every stage of their career. Our client, Anywhere Real Estate, is seeking a Luxury Marketing Specialist to support initiatives set forth by Directors and Luxury Marketing Managers, working with Coldwell Banker Global Luxury senior leadership.

The Luxury Marketing Specialist will handle the mechanical assembly, project management, and production of various assets aimed at program growth and promotion. Responsibilities include executing communication assets, presentations, marketing plans, and other program components.

This role supports key marketing objectives, ensuring the company's and agents' brand images are well represented within the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury framework. The position may support multiple offices, focusing on program engagement.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Market Location: AZ, UT, CO
2. Drive Program Engagement: Promote the Global Luxury Program, communicate its benefits, and support agent engagement and awareness.
3. Support to Independent Agents: Work proactively with top agents to support their marketing needs, provide analysis, and track project activities. Document interactions via CBGL Touchpoint App and prepare reports bi-monthly.
4. Support to Leadership: Liaise with local management, assist in VIP recruiting, business development, and retention efforts.
5. Leverage Marketing Resources: Collaborate with National Marketing Studio and Design Concierge Teams to produce creative materials and campaigns.
6. Awareness & Events: Coordinate promotional assets, participate in product launches, and support company initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
• Ability to work from home in a conducive environment
• Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills
• Minimum 2 years' experience in marketing, communications, or related fields
• Experience in real estate industry and with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus
