The Luxury Marketing Specialist (LMS) will support initiatives set by Directors, Luxury Marketing Managers, and Coldwell Banker Global Luxury leadership. Responsibilities include project management, assembly, and production of marketing assets to promote program growth. Projects encompass communication assets, presentations, marketing plans, and other program components.

The role ensures alignment with the company's brand image within the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury program and supports multiple offices, focusing on program engagement.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Market Location: AZ, UT, CO
2. Drive Program Engagement and Awareness: Communicate marketing offerings, promote luxury certification benefits, and share success stories.
3. Support to Independent Sales Associates: Collaborate with top agents to support marketing needs, analyze campaigns, and track activities. Document interactions via CBGL Touchpoint App and prepare reports bi-monthly.
4. Support to Local Operations & Leadership: Serve as marketing liaison, assist in VIP recruiting, and support business development.
5. Leverage National Marketing Studio & Design Services: Coordinate with creative teams to produce marketing materials, campaigns, and maintain project tracking systems.
6. Awareness, Communications, and Events: Coordinate promotional assets, attend product launches, and support company initiatives in the luxury sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
• Ability to work effectively from home
• Strong presentation, writing, and public-speaking skills
• Project management skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in marketing, creative agency, or communications (2+ years)
• Real estate industry experience a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic graphic design software
