To support this expansion, we are seeking a Marketing Specialist who will focus on research and gathering insights to ensure long-term success in this key region.

Note: This position offers flexibility to be based either in our Miami office or remotely from anywhere within the U.S., as long as you have reliable access to travel within the country when needed.

What you can expect
  • Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to pinpoint new growth opportunities.
  • Conduct in-depth research on the U.S. luxury watch market to uncover trends, opportunities, and customer insights.
  • Partner with sales, product, and marketing HQ teams to align U.S. marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Identify opportunities for localized campaigns, strategic partnerships, events, and influencer collaborations to enhance Chrono24’s U.S. presence.
  • Support Chrono24’s participation in U.S. watch industry trade shows and events, including logistical coordination.
  • Create marketing materials for sales teams and B2B events to drive engagement and expand our U.S. watch dealer network.
What sets you apart
  • 3-6 years of experience in a similar marketing role, preferably within an online marketplace, luxury, or e-commerce setting.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in conducting qualitative research.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data, optimize campaigns, and maximize ROI.
  • Driven to identify, test, and refine new opportunities.
  • Expertise in B2B marketing.
  • Excellent organizational skills paired with a results-driven, can-do attitude.
