The Luxury Marketing Specialist (LMS) will support initiatives led by Directors, Luxury Marketing Managers, and Coldwell Banker Global Luxury senior leadership. Responsibilities include project management and production of marketing assets to promote program growth, including communication assets, presentations, and marketing plans.

This role ensures the company's brand image aligns with the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury program and supports multiple offices, focusing on program engagement.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Drive Global Luxury Program Engagement and Awareness
• Communicate marketing offerings and promote luxury certification benefits
• Support independent sales associates with marketing needs
• Provide strategic support for recruiting and retention activities
• Coordinate with national marketing and design teams for creative projects
• Implement awareness campaigns, events, and PR opportunities

Qualifications
