The Luxury Marketing Specialist (LMS) role will support initiatives set by Directors, Luxury Marketing Managers, and Coldwell Banker Global Luxury senior leadership.

The LMS will handle project management, assembly, and production of assets for program growth and promotion, including communication assets, presentations, marketing plans, and other program components.

This position ensures the company's and agents' brand images align with the brand, brokerage, Coldwell Banker Global Luxury, and Core 4. It may support multiple offices, focusing on program engagement.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Market Location: AZ, UT, and CO
2. Drive Program Engagement and Awareness: Communicate marketing offerings, promote luxury certification benefits, and support agent engagement with the luxury program.
3. Support for Independent Sales Associates: Collaborate with top agents and their teams to support marketing needs, analyze campaigns, and record interactions via CBGL Touchpoint App. Provide semi-monthly reports.
4. Support to Local Operations & Leadership: Act as a marketing liaison, participate in VIP recruiting, business development, and retention activities.
5. Leverage National Studio & Design Services: Coordinate with national creative teams to produce marketing materials and campaigns, establishing cohesion across regions.
6. Awareness, Communications & Events: Coordinate promotional assets, participate in product launches, and stay informed on company initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
• Ability to work remotely in a conducive environment
• Strong presentation, writing, and public-speaking skills
• Project management skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication with employees and agents
• Understanding of basic design principles
• 2+ years in marketing, creative agency, or communications; real estate experience a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic graphic design software
• Knowledge of social media campaigns
