The Luxury Marketing Specialist (LMS) role will support initiatives set by Directors, Luxury Marketing Managers, and Coldwell Banker Global Luxury senior leadership.

The LMS will handle the assembly, project management, and production of marketing assets for program growth and promotion, including communication assets, presentations, and marketing plans.

This role ensures the company's and agents' brand images are well represented within the brand framework, supporting multiple offices with a focus on program engagement.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Market Location: AZ, UT, and CO
2. Drive Program Engagement: Promote the Global Luxury Program, its benefits, and drive adoption of the luxury certification designation.
3. Support to Agents: Collaborate with top agents to support their marketing needs, provide analysis, and share success stories.
4. Support to Leadership: Serve as a marketing liaison, support VIP and business development efforts, and promote company values.
5. Leverage Resources: Work with national marketing and design teams to produce creative materials and campaigns.
6. Awareness & Events: Coordinate promotional assets, communicate program updates, and participate in company initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
• Ability to work from home in a conducive environment
• Strong presentation, writing, and public-speaking skills
• Project management skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication skills
• Understanding of basic design principles
• 2+ years in marketing, communications, or related fields
• Experience in real estate industry a plus
