The Luxury Marketing Specialist (LMS) will support initiatives set by Directors and Luxury Marketing Managers, working closely with Coldwell Banker Global Luxury senior leadership.

The role involves mechanical assembly, project management, and production of marketing assets to promote program growth. Responsibilities include creating communication assets, presentations, marketing plans, and other program components.

The LMS supports marketing objectives, ensuring the company's and agents' brand images are well represented within the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury framework. The role may support multiple offices, focusing on program engagement.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Market Location: AZ, UT, CO
2. Drive Program Engagement and Awareness: Communicate the benefits of the luxury marketing program, promote luxury certification, and share success stories.
3. Support to Independent Sales Associates: Collaborate with top agents to support their marketing needs, provide training, track activities, and report on progress.
4. Support to Local Operations & Leadership: Act as a liaison, assist in recruiting, business development, and retention efforts.
5. Leverage Marketing Studio & Design Services: Coordinate with national teams to produce creative materials and manage projects.
6. Awareness, Communications, and Events: Promote the program through events, communications, and PR, staying informed on company updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
• Ability to work remotely in a conducive environment
• Strong presentation, writing, and public speaking skills
