The Luxury Marketing Specialist (LMS) will support initiatives set by Directors, Luxury Marketing Managers, and Coldwell Banker Global Luxury leadership. Responsibilities include project management, assembly, and production of marketing assets to promote program growth. This involves communication assets, presentations, marketing plans, and other components.

The role ensures the company and agent brands are well represented, supporting multiple offices with a focus on engagement. Key duties include:

1. Market Location: AZ, UT, CO
2. Drive Program Engagement: Promote the Global Luxury Program, communicate its benefits, and support adoption of luxury certification.
3. Support to Agents: Collaborate with top agents and teams to meet marketing needs, analyze campaigns, and support recruiting and retention efforts. Document all interactions weekly via the CBGL Touchpoint App and prepare semi-monthly reports.
4. Support to Leadership: Serve as a marketing liaison, assist in VIP and business development efforts, and promote Core 4 values.
5. Leverage Resources: Coordinate with the National Marketing Studio and Design Concierge teams for creative projects and establish cohesion across regional LMSs.
6. Events & Communications: Promote program awareness through events, communications, and PR, staying informed on all marketing tools and updates.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree (preferred), at least 2 years in marketing or related fields, strong communication and project management skills, basic design knowledge, and experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud. Real estate experience is a plus.
