The Luxury Marketing Specialist (LMS) will support initiatives led by Directors, Luxury Marketing Managers, and Coldwell Banker Global Luxury senior leadership.

The role involves mechanical assembly, project management, and production of various assets to promote program growth. Responsibilities include executing communication assets, presentations, marketing plans, and other program components.

This position ensures the company's and agents' brand images are well represented within the framework of the brand, brokerage, Coldwell Banker Global Luxury program, and Core 4. The LMS may support multiple offices, focusing on program engagement.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Market Location: AZ, UT, CO
• Drive Program Engagement: Promote the Global Luxury Program, its benefits, and value propositions to increase adoption and awareness.
• Support to Agents: Work proactively with top agents and their teams to support marketing needs, analyze campaigns, and share success stories. Document interactions and prepare reports bi-weekly.
• Support to Leadership: Act as a liaison for marketing resources, participate in recruiting and retention efforts, and support local and national marketing needs.
• Leverage Resources: Collaborate with the National Marketing Studio and Design Concierge to produce creative materials and campaigns. Establish project tracking systems.
• Awareness & Events: Coordinate promotional assets, public relations, and recognition events to enhance program visibility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
• Ability to work from home in a conducive environment
• Strong presentation, writing, and public-speaking skills
• Excellent project management skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication skills
• Understanding of basic design principles
• 2+ years in marketing, creative agency, or communications; real estate experience is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic graphic design software
• Basic knowledge of social media campaigns
