Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, this leader will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing, communications, and public relations strategies that strengthen brand awareness, drive revenue growth, and reinforce Regent Santa Monica Beach as Southern California's premier

Qualificações

• 7–10 years of progressive marketing and communications experience in luxury hospitality.
• Proven ability to develop integrated marketing, communications, and PR strategies.
• Strong storytelling, media relations, and partner management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing, communications, and PR strategies to support brand positioning and revenue goals.
• Lead earned media, media relations, and crisis communications with an emphasis on storytelling.
• Oversee creative production, digital marketing, social media, and content development for consistency across channels.
• Manage agency partnerships, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Food & Beverage, Spa, and Operations.
