Four Seasons Miami is seeking a Lounge Server to deliver exceptional beverage and dining experiences for Septimo Lounge guests. You will anticipate needs, provide menu guidance, and ensure a memorable visit in a luxury resort setting.

Ideal candidates have a polished, guest-centric approach, strong knowledge of food and wine, and the ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays. Training and development are provided in a vibrant luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, engaging demeanor and strong guest interaction skills.
• Thorough knowledge of food and winePairings and service standards.
• Background in luxury resort/hotel hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide an enjoyable dining experience with professionalism and friendliness.
• Anticipate guest needs, offer suggestions, and respond to requests promptly.
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables per service standards.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and specifications to inform guests.
• Coordinate with kitchen and management to ensure smooth operations.
