Four Seasons Miami is seeking a Lounge Server to deliver exceptional beverage and dining experiences for Septimo Lounge guests. You will anticipate needs, provide menu guidance, and ensure a memorable visit in a luxury resort setting.

Ideal candidates have a polished, guest-centric approach, strong knowledge of food and wine, and the ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays. Training and development are provided in a vibrant luxury environment.

• Thorough knowledge of food and winePairings and service standards.
• Background in luxury resort/hotel hospitality is a plus.

About the role:

The Lounge Server providesexceptional quality and service to Septimo Lounge guests. In this role, you will be tasked with providing an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the guests’ needs and as an expert on the menu options; and delivering memorable guest experiences.

What you will do:

• Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
• Anticipate guest needs a d satisfaction; offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standards
• Has complete knowledge of food and beverage products and specifications,Clears and resets tables as quickly as possible.
• Operates as a member of a team, helping others and requesting help asneeded. Performs other restaurant duties as requested by management.
• Keepall stations supplied with silverware, glassware, share plates, bread plates, placemats, condiments, sugar, coffee, tea, etc.
• Makes sure that the guest’s check is completed properly and presented promptly accordingstd”Ensures that change or charge slip is returned to the guest ina timely manner.
• Communicates theneeds of the guests to kitchenand management. Informs management ofguests’ reactions and comments. Assists management asneeded to ensure smooth operationand quality service.
• Controls the amount of alcohol served, so that guests donot become intoxicated.
• Helps promote a safe and cleanenvironment for co-workers and guests.

What you bring:

• An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
• High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine
• Background in Luxury Resort and Hotel considered an asset
• Must be able to work all shifts including, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum two yearsfine diningexperience.
• Requires oral proficiency inthe English Language
