The Wynn Resorts Tower Bar in Las Vegas seeks an experienced Assistant General Manager to lead the Forbes Five-Star, multi-daypart operation of the luxury Tower Bar and Wynn Lounges. You will drive staffing, training, and guest experiences across morning coffee, craft cocktails, wine, and chef-inspired bites.

Expect to uphold exceptional service standards, manage VIP requests, and partner with property departments to ensure seamless guest journeys for Wynn’s valued guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience in a high-volume luxury F&B setting.
• Advanced knowledge of beverages, cocktails, wine, and premium spirits.
• Strong command of Forbes Five-Star service standards.
• Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken.
• Proficiency with MS Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Tower Bar operations across all dayparts.
• Ensure Forbes Five-Star standards in service, pace, and presentation.
• Lead staffing, training, and accountability for beverage staff.
• Collaborate with Rooms, Concierge, and other departments on VIP arrivals.
• Monitor inventory, scheduling, and operational analytics.
