Job summary

Wynn Resorts in Las Vegas seeks a Tower Suites Lobby Bar - Bus/Runner to deliver Forbes-style luxury service. You will assist servers and bartenders, carry trays, transport items, and ensure guest needs are anticipated with attentiveness.

This role requires standing, a polished appearance, English fluency, and a willingness to obtain required work cards. Prior luxury hospitality exposure is a plus, but not required; you will join a team dedicated to impeccable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 1 year of prior experience in a full-service restaurant, lounge, bar, or similar guest-facing food and beverage environment.
• Experience in upscale, luxury, fine-dining, high-volume, or Forbes-rated hospitality is a plus but not required.
• Ability to communicate clearly, fluently, and professionally in English.
• Proficiency in an additional language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers and bartenders by carrying trays and transporting food, beverages, serviceware, and other items safely and according to outlet procedures.
• Help with food and beverage delivery as directed.
• Provide water, coffee, tea, nonalcoholic beverages, and other service support in a polished, organized manner.
• Keep bus stations, service areas, and support spaces clean, stocked, and prepared for busy periods.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables, chairs, and surrounding areas; follow health-code and safety standards.
