Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
• Direct daily operations across multiple fine dining venues ensuring service standards.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements.
• Recruit, develop, and retain management and front-of-house teams.
