Wynn Las Vegas is seeking an Assistant General Manager for the Overlook Lounge to lead daily operations, guest experience, and team development in a luxury, Forbes Five-Star setting.

You will partner with the General Manager to drive financial performance, standards, and seamless service, balancing strategic leadership with active floor presence during evenings, events, and peak hours. This role emphasizes hospitality leadership and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of progressive Food & Beverage or hospitality management experience in upscale, luxury environments.
• Strong understanding of beverage operations, luxury service standards, and guest relations.
• Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with attention to detail.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, labor costs, and operating expenses.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in directing all aspects of lounge operations, ensuring alignment with Wynn Las Vegas service standards and business objectives.
• Lead, motivate, coach, and develop managers, supervisors, and hourly team members to create a culture of excellence, accountability, and guest-centric service.
• Conduct performance discussions, deliver meaningful coaching, and support succession planning initiatives.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment focused on engagement and retention.
• Participate in recruitment, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Oversee daily lounge operations, ensuring smooth execution of service, entertainment, reservations, and guest flow.
• Ensure compliance with Wynn operational procedures, beverage standards, cash-handling protocols, and health and safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and atmosphere standards throughout all guest-facing and back-of-house areas.
• Collaborate with security, facilities, entertainment, marketing, and food and beverage leadership teams to support operational needs.
• Assist with planning and execution of special events, promotions, and high-profile guest experiences.
• Support department budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives.
• Monitor labor, beverage cost, operating expenses, revenue trends, and productivity metrics.
• Identify opportunities to increase profitability while maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Assist in managing inventory controls, purchasing practices, and loss prevention efforts.
• Analyze performance data and develop action plans to achieve departmental financial goals.
