Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant in New York, NY to manage daily leasing operations and provide exceptional service to prospective residents. You will conduct guided tours, match clients with ideal floorplans, and maintain strong follow-up on all leads while contributing to a welcoming community atmosphere.

The role requires 1–2 years of leasing or customer service experience, knowledge of fair housing laws, and proficiency with property management software and MS

Qualifications

1–2 years of leasing or customer service experience
High school diploma or GED required
Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Responsibilities

Conduct personalized leasing tours and help residents find the best floorplan.
Follow up on leads to secure appointments and applications.
Coordinate with the leasing team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Weekend availability required to accommodate high-traffic periods.
