Job summary

Visual Comfort & Co. seeks a showroom sales professional in Charleston to deliver premium lighting and shading solutions. You will assist trade and consumer clients from initial concept through project completion, combining sales with technical design input.

Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, providing expert product guidance, and coordinating with project teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail or showroom sales in luxury/home furnishings or lighting.
• Experience with design or building products is preferred.
• Proficient with order entry and CRM/ERP systems.
• Strong communication, organization and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and surpass showroom and individual sales objectives.
• Oversee sales from opportunity to invoice with exceptional service.
• Manage sales pipeline using order entry software and multiple channels.
• Deliver design consultations and lighting/product recommendations.
• Guide clients on lighting selections to build lasting relationships.
• Present lighting demos featuring controls and shading solutions.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and homeowners on projects.
• Coordinate with project management to align deliverables.
