Kalco Lighting is seeking a Customer Service and Order Entry Specialist to join our CS/OE team in Las Vegas. You will handle order entry, data management, and customer inquiries while coordinating with other departments to keep orders moving.

The ideal candidate has experience with ERP/CRM systems, strong communication skills, and a detail-oriented approach. Training will be provided, and long-term growth within the CS/OE team is anticipated.

Formación

• Experience in customer service and order entry.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems.
• Ability to handle multiple phone calls and live chats per hour.
• Experience managing customer returns and complaints.
• Attention to detail in data handling.
• Interest in luxury lighting/interior design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience handling multiple email inboxes.
• Strong multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office 365 (Excel/Word/Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Daily proofing and manual entry of orders into ERP system.
• Answer phone calls to assist customers regarding products.
• Communicate with other departments for order updates.
• Daily auditing of orders on hold to determine shipping needs.
