Job summary

Davis Development is seeking a Leasing Consultant for our Texas communities. You will market properties, prepare lease documents, screen applicants, and help residents find homes.

You will greet prospects, tour models, and coordinate marketing efforts while reporting market trends to the Community Manager. The role requires 1+ years in sales and customer service, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license, with strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• One or more years of sales experience required.
• One or more years of customer experience required.
• One or more years of property management/leasing experience preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and daily transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, qualify and determine their needs and preferences.
• Inspect models and ready units daily to ensure they meet standards.
• Conduct outreach marketing as assigned by the Community Manager.
• Maintain awareness of local sub-market conditions and trends to make recommendations to Community Manager for marketing property and improving resident satisfaction.
• Complete all lease applications, process application verifications and notify prospective residents of the results.
• Assist Community Manager and Assistant Manager in preparation of daily and weekly reports, market surveys, etc.
• Ensure that the appearance and physical aspects of the community meet established standards by walking/inspecting daily and submitting reports.
