Job summary

Davis Development is seeking a Leasing Consultant to help lease luxury properties by marketing units, processing applications, and screening residents. You will greet prospects, determine needs, and coordinate model inspections to ensure units meet standards.

You will work with the Community Manager to market properties and collect feedback from the market. A High School diploma is required, with sales, customer service, and MS Office proficiency valued for success.

• Meet daily leasing and marketing tasks with attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office and communicating across channels.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and qualify their needs and preferences.
• Inspect models and ready units daily to ensure they meet standards.
• Conduct outreach marketing as assigned by the Community Manager.
• Maintain awareness of local sub-market conditions and trends.
• Complete lease applications and verify qualifications; notify results.
• Assist managers with daily/weekly reports and surveys.
• Ensure appearance and physical aspects meet standards; report findings.
