Job summary

Davis Development is seeking a Leasing Consultant to help lease our luxury apartment communities in Georgia. You will market properties, prepare lease documents, and screen prospective tenants to qualify them.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience required.
• 1+ year of customer experience required.
• 1+ year of property management/leasing experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and qualify their needs.
• Inspect models and ready units daily to meet standards.
• Conduct outreach marketing as assigned by Community Manager.
• Monitor local market conditions and trends for marketing strategies.
• Complete lease applications and verify them; notify outcomes.
• Assist Community/Assistant Manager with daily/weekly reports and surveys.
• Ensure property appearance meets standards with daily inspections and reports.
