As a Leasing Consultant you will help residents find homes, process leases, and support marketing efforts while maintaining high standards across properties. Join a team that values pride, commitment and growth.

Qualifications

• One or more years of sales experience required.
• One or more years of customer experience required.
• One or more years of property management/leasing experience preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Ability to communicate effectively across channels.
• Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency.
• Demonstrates a positive, self-starter mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and qualify their needs.
• Inspect models and ready units daily to ensure standards.
• Conduct outreach marketing as directed by the Community Manager.
• Monitor market conditions and advise on marketing and resident satisfaction.
• Complete lease applications and process verifications.
• Assist in preparing daily/weekly reports and market surveys.
• Ensure property appearance meets standards and submit reports.
