Job summary

The Mason in McKinney, TX, is seeking a Luxury Leasing Consultant for LUMA Residential. The role focuses on selling luxury apartments, delivering exceptional customer service, and turning tours into leases while maintaining a high standard of presentation and follow-up.

Ideal candidates have luxury multifamily leasing experience, a strong sales mindset, and excellent organization. This position requires Saturdays and a valid driver’s license, with a competitive starting pay of $20.00/hour plus

Qualifications

• Previous apartment leasing experience, luxury multifamily experience preferred.
• Sales and customer service mindset; comfortable asking for the lease.
• Outgoing, confident, professional, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people.
• Understanding the importance of presentation, attention to detail, and exceptional service in a luxury community.
• Highly organized; able to manage leads, appointments, applications, follow-up, and resident needs.
• Comfortable using technology, property management software, CRM systems, email, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and professional leasing practices.
• Dependable, positive, solution-oriented, and a team player.
• Available to work Saturdays and a schedule that meets the community's needs.
• Has a valid driver's license and active automobile liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional first impression with warmth, professionalism, enthusiasm, and hospitality.
• Turn tours into leases by showcasing available homes and amenities, overcoming objections, and asking for the lease.
• Own your follow-up with timely, personalized communication from inquiry to move-in.
• Build resident relationships by delivering exceptional service to current residents.
• Know your product by becoming an expert on The Mason, pricing, and amenities.
• Achieve leasing goals by working with the team to meet occupancy and retention targets.
• Maintain luxury standards in the office, models, route, and presentation.
• Support your team by communicating, collaborating, and stepping in as needed.
