The Lash Lounge McKinney is seeking a Front Desk Sales Coordinator for a full-time, 35–40 hour week to drive memberships, upsell services, and deliver a luxury guest experience.

You’ll convert leads to bookings, handle outbound outreach, and support lash artists at a fast-paced, performance-driven salon. If you’re sales-minded, comfortable on the phone, and available afternoons, evenings, and weekends, this is your opportunity to grow with a luxury beauty brand.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in beauty, hospitality, or retail is required.
• Strong communication and closing skills with a phone presence.
• Willingness to work afternoons, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into booked full sets and upgrades.
• Sell memberships and retail while delivering luxury service.
• Book appointments via in-person, phone, and CRM.
• Follow up with warm and cold leads to drive revenue.
• Track numbers and strive to improve weekly performance.
