LUMA Residential is seeking an experienced Luxury Leasing Consultant for Vine & Vail in Grapevine, TX. You’ll be the first face prospects meet, delivering a premier leasing experience and guiding tours, applications, and move-ins.

Qualifications

• Previous multifamily apartment leasing experience required.
• Luxury leasing experience strongly preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.
• Strong sales, closing, and follow-up skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• A warm, outgoing personality with the ability to connect easily with prospects and residents.
• Professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for a luxury community.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
• Comfortable working with technology, online leads, and CRM systems.
• Experience with Yardi and Elise AI is a plus.
• Ability and willingness to work Saturdays and the community's required leasing schedule.
• Active, valid driver's license required.
• Current automobile liability insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents and provide an exceptional leasing experience.
• Conduct engaging, professional community and apartment tours.
• Build relationships with prospects and identify what they’re looking for in their next home.
• Follow up consistently with leads and help turn inquiries and tours into leases.
• Respond to phone, email, online, and CRM leads promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate prospect and resident information within the property management and CRM systems.
• Assist with applications, leasing paperwork, move-ins, and renewals.
• Help maintain beautiful models, tour routes, and leasing areas.
• Support resident events and community activities.
• Work closely with the onsite team to achieve occupancy, leasing, and satisfaction goals.
• Deliver the high level of service expected at a luxury apartment community.
