Job summary

AKA West Hollywood is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to lead leasing efforts for luxury serviced apartments on Sunset Strip. You will build relationships with clients, manage applications and leases in Yardi, and collaborate with the General Manager to meet occupancy and revenue goals.

Candidates should have at least two years of leasing or luxury sales experience, strong English communication, and a track record of high-touch service.

Qualifications

• Strong guest service, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Energetic, self-motivated with a “can do” positive attitude.
• Proficiency in English (written and oral).
• Ability to sell value not price and representing a luxury brand

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain relationships with clients.
• Lease and renew unfurnished apartments at competitive market rate and focus on client retention.
• Oversee client applications and lease documents.
• Process and approve client applications and lease documents, including background checks and proof of funds, utilizing Yardi.
• Communicate lease terms, rental rate and payment period to tenants.
• Respond to inquiries within two hours during business hours; negotiate with GM as needed.
• Market available units and schedule tours to lease up promptly.
• Partner with local businesses to create resident experiences and improve retention.
• Meet leasing goals and ensure proper turnover to coordination team for move-in dates.
• Build relationships with real estate professionals to generate business via cold calling and networking.
• Prepare weekly leasing and traffic reports; analyze market rates and trends.
• Schedule resident move-ins and move-outs; ensure compliance with housing guidelines.
