Job summary

WSH Management in Los Angeles seeks a full-time Leasing Agent to greet prospects, qualify applicants, record visits, and guide residents through the leasing process from application to move-in.

The role requires strong English, attention to detail, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; proficiency with MS Office and a commitment to excellent customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify by covering all criteria; record visits on reports.
• Files guest cards and maintains according to procedures.
• Demonstrate property features and close the sale; process applications and deposits.
• Update availability and process applications for approvals; coordinate with Property Manager.
• Ensure apartment is ready for move-in on agreed date; follow up with prospects.
• Assist in leasing transactions and maintain compliance with Affordable Housing programs.
• Provide general clerical support to the community office.
