Job summary

Archer Lofts is seeking a dedicated Leasing Specialist to serve as the primary brand ambassador for their luxury Class A+ property. You will drive occupancy and financial success by engaging prospective residents, conducting property tours, and managing the leasing lifecycle from initial application to move-in.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of property management experience, with lease-up and luxury apartment leasing background, strong communication and negotiation skills,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED. Some college preferred.
• Minimum 2-years’ experience in property management. Minimum 1-year experience in apartment leasing required.
• Strong attention to detail and sales ability a must.
• Demonstrated ability to be persistent and control a tour.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and decision‑making ability.

Responsibilities

• Engages prospective residents through tours, phone calls, and digital inquiries to highlight property features and benefits.
• Executes sales strategies to convert leads into signed leases and achieves monthly occupancy goals.
• Manages the complete apartment leasing process, from initial application to move-in day.
• Resolves resident inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure high tenant satisfaction and lease renewals.
• Executes marketing initiatives and outreach programs to attract new prospects to the property.
• Applies expert negotiation skills to secure favorable lease terms while protecting owner interests.
• Ensures all leasing operations comply with Fair Housing Regulations and company policies.
• Utilizes the Entrata platform to track leads, process applications, and maintain accurate tenant records.
