Job summary

Yellow Tree owns The Townline Apartments, a Class-A luxury community in Minnetonka, MN. We are seeking an Assistant Manager to lead leasing efforts and support property management, delivering exceptional living experiences.

You will collaborate with leasing and marketing teams to implement initiatives, tour prospects, process applications, and prepare leases while maintaining model homes and building community ties. Proficiency in Entrata and MS Office is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year leasing experience in multi-family properties.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and able to learn PM software.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a customer-focused mindset.
• Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks.
• Willingness to work some evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and EEO guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospects via phone, email, and text; schedule property tours.
• Conduct in-person and virtual tours to showcase the community features.
• Educate prospects on leasing benefits; process rental applications and prepare leases.
• Ensure apartments meet quality standards; perform regular walkthroughs.
• Monitor market trends and provide pricing recommendations to management.
• Develop employer relationships and local partnerships to attract residents.
• Use Entrata and other PM software to track leads and streamline processes.
